IBM will open four cloud computing center in four countries today and will help universities, governments test the application.
These four countries are: Bangalore, India; Hanoi,Vietnam; Sao Paulo, Brazil; and Seoul, South Korea.

In each of the four countries cloud computing will help to improve remote usage to share with other governments and universities. It will allow better business and consumers to access computers over the internet. Sharing the infrastructure will also allow business together in solving business problems and work more efficiently. Also, within the computer center, all universities will have free access to help them gain hands-on experience and learn more about cloud computing.

Cloud computing will help all business in these countries to share the same infrastructure without having to build or set-up a new infrastructure in each location. Each company will have their own cloud computing to share on one platform around the world, where managers and organizations can watch day to day operation and be more effective in decision making process.
